We live in a world of haste and so do the children of busy parents – school pressure, never-ending lessons, video games, malls, competitive activities and much more. Usually we do not think of these impacts on our children, but they often do. This could lead our child to become more complacent to insensitivity, mentally stressed and tired physically.

Children, who do yoga, can play, communicate with the inner self more profoundly and cultivating an intimate relationship with the natural world towards them.
