Yoga & Meditation
When children learn self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfilment techniques, they can easily navigate the challenges of life. Early-age yoga promotes self-esteem and awareness of the body with a non-competitive physical activity. It is a wonderful gift to give our children to promote collaboration and compassion — instead of opposition.
We at Vidyansh are aware that children reap immense yoga benefits. It increases their endurance, strength, agility, and perception of the body physically. Therefore, they enhance their
concentration and sense of calm and relaxation. During yoga, children are exercising, playing, communicating more profoundly with the inner self, and cultivate an intimate relationship with the surrounding natural world. Physical movements introduce children to the true meaning of yoga: unity, language, and respect in the delicate web of life for themselves and for one's part.
In addition, as we grow into an adult, the stressors of life grow with us. As we lead a busy life of managing work, family and other social units, we tend to be burdened with strains of everyday life events. Teaching yoga at a young age will equip them to better manage their life.
